Accepting refunds

When you accept cancellation/exchange/return requests, relevant refunds are automatically accepted.

• To check cancellation process, go to Cancellations
• To check exchange process, go to Exchanged
• To check return process, go to Returns

If the order is paid by points and/or credits or the amount due is 0, refund process is not necessary. Refunds for those orders are automatically completed when they are accepted.
