Bank account information

Some customers may wish to pay with bank deposit when making a purchase on your online store.
Make sure you set up your bank account information to give the bank deposit option at checkout.
Here is how you can add or delete bank accounts, and decide whether to use them or not.

Adding bank account information

Go to My Store>Payments>Bank account information.
Click Verification method and request a verification code.
Enter the code from the verification email you received, and click the Verify button.
Click on the Add button.
Enter your bank account information in the popup window.
Select Enable in the Enable/Disable field and click Save.
You can find the bank accounts you added in the bank account list.
Go to My Store>Payments>Payment methods.
In Display payment methods, make sure Yes is selected in the Display column for Bank deposit.
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
On the same page, make sure that the bank account information you added appears in the list under Bank accounts for receiving bank transfers.

Note

You must add at least one bank account if you want to give the bank deposit option to customers at checkout.

Checking your bank account information

You can check your bank account information by following the same steps you took to add it to your admin page.

Go to My Store>Payments>Bank account information.
Click Verification method and request a verification code.
Enter the code from the verification email you received, and click the Verify button.

Note

If an error occurs saying that the bank account you are trying to add is already being used, check whether you are using this account for another online store account.

Editing bank account information
You can only enable or disable registered bank accounts.
Click on a bank name in the list to edit the relevant bank account.
If you wish to edit more details, you will need to delete the bank account from your admin page and add it again.
Is my bank account information securely stored?
All the bank account information you add is encrypted.
