- To update your customer support information, go to the Customer Support section under My Store>General>Store profile.
- Enter the phone number to which you want to receive customer inquiries in Phone.
- Enter the email address to which you want to receive customer inquiries in Email.
- Enter a fax number in Fax if you have one. Fax can be another effective way of communicating with your customers, besides phone and emails.
- In Business hours, freely specify your Customer Support team's business hours.
- Under Service inquiry, if you select Yes for Display on mobile, corresponding information will be displayed on your store's mobile website.
- Click Save to save your changes.
