Things to remember before using the CSV feature
If you wish to edit your file in a language other than Korean, you must use one of the following file extensions: .xlsx or xls.
Adding unnecessary spaces may cause errors when you upload your file.
If you leave a field empty in the excel file, the corresponding information will not be updated for the product.
Even if you add fields to the basic template and successfully import it to your admin page, those fields will not be updated.
If you do not enter HS codes when uploading products via CSV, the HS code registered in Shipping/Returns will be applied.
If Enable auto-translation for option values is set as Yes in My Store > Store setup > General settings > Products (Tab), the option values you add will automatically be translated into the corresponding localized store's language.
Auto-translation for option values is only available for English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified) and Chinese (Traditional).
This feature is only supported for Internet Explorer versions above v.10.
