Customer support

  1. To update your customer support information, go to the Customer Support section under My Store>General>Store profile.
  2. Enter the phone number to which you want to receive customer inquiries in Phone.
  3. Enter the email address to which you want to receive customer inquiries in Email.
  4. Enter a fax number in Fax if you have one. Fax can be another effective way of communicating with your customers, besides phone and emails.
  5. In Business hours, freely specify your Customer Support team's business hours.
  6. Under Service inquiry, if you select Yes for Display on mobile, corresponding information will be displayed on your store's mobile website.
  7. Click Save to save your changes.
