Enable mobile theme

When using a Smart Themes template as your main theme, you can choose whether or not to enable your mobile-only theme. If you enable a mobile theme on your store, users accessing your store through a mobile or tablet device will be able to view your store in its mobile theme.

Note

• If you are using the Edibot Themes template as your main theme, the mobile theme will be automatically disabled.
• Edibot Themes uses a responsive theme that automatically resizes to fit the device's screen.

  1. Go to Themes (Mobile)>Mobile theme settings>Advanced settings (Tab).
  2.  Set Enable mobile theme to Yes and click Save.
  3. Configure the other settings to your liking and click Save.

Settings

Accessing your mobile store
• Add m. to the beginning of your store's address (URL) for your mobile website.

Auto-redirect to mobile store
• If Auto-redirect to mobile store is set to Yes, users accessing you store through a mobile or tablet device will be auto-directed to your mobile store.
• If Auto-redirect to mobile store is set to No, the page will load according to the web address entered by the user. For example, accessing www.cafe24sample.com will load your store's PC website, while accessing m.www.cafe24sample.com will load your store's mobile website.

Enable mobile-PC screen switchover
• If Enable mobile-PC screen switchover is set to Yes, a button that allows users to switch between PC and mobile websites will appear on your store.

Enable payment service must be set to Yes to enable PC payment methods on your mobile website as well.
• Connectivity for mobile payments may differ depending on the model and version of the user's mobile device.

Maintain login status
• If Maintain login status is set to Yes, users will be able to check the "Keep me logged in" checkbox on your store's mobile website.

Improve image loading speed on product details page
• If Improve image loading speed on product details page is set to Yes, the image loading speed on your store's product details pages may improve. It is recommended that you enable this feature as images will only show when all images on the page have completely loaded.
• This feature is most effective for stores that have a large number of images. However, it is not suitable for stores that have images with large file sizes. Check your image sizes carefully before deciding whether to use this setting.
• If you enable this feature, it is automatically applied to your PC website as well.
• If you enable this feature when the View more feature is already enabled, the View more feature will be disabled. If you disable this feature afterwards, the View more feature will be enabled again.
