Pop-ups
Pop-ups are windows that appear when you access a website. Add notices, event announcements, promotions, or any kind of pop-up to any page on your store.
- Go to Themes (PC)>Features>Pop-ups.
- Click Add pop-up in the table.
- Select the Status and Theme. The theme must be the current theme in use.
- Select the Display period. If you set a time for later and the pop-up's status is set to "Schedule for later" or "Inactive", it will not show at the selected time. You must change it to Active.
- Pop-ups will appear in the top left corner of the screen. This location can be modified per pixel using the On Screen location setting.
- Go to Themes (Mobile)>Features>Banners/Pop-ups.
- Click Add in the table.
- Select the Status and Validity period. If you set a time for later and the pop-up's status is set to "Schedule for later" or "Inactive", it will not show at the selected time. You must change it to Active.
- When adding an image, you can also add a link to redirect users to specific pages.
Using coupon alerts
To display the image only to customers that currently hold a specific coupon, select Enable coupon alerts and set the Display option as Banner. You can enable this feature by going to Promotions>Coupons>Create coupon and setting Notify new coupons upon login to Yes. Please note that the coupon image will only be displayed on your home page.
- If you add two or more pop-up images, you can choose how to display them. Select Slideshow to arrange images in a slideshow that appear one after the other or select Vertical alignment to display images all at once vertically.
- Set the Display option as either Banner or Pop-up. Banners will appear as an image at the top of your store's page, while pop-ups will appear as a pop-up window when accessing your store. You can also select the pop-up type. A Pop-up window will appear as regular pop-up windows on the device screen, while a Layered pop-up will fill up the whole screen. Images will be automatically resized to fit the device's screen.
- Use Closing options to customize the close button on your pop-ups. A Close button will appear on your pop-ups by default but you can customize this by using the options available.
- Pop-ups will appear in the top left corner of the screen. This location can be modified per pixel using the On Screen location setting.
Note
• You can have a pop-up appear on different pages, or have different pop-ups appear on a single page.
• You can have up to five pop-ups appear on one page.
• If you have a splash screen set up on your store, you cannot add a pop-up screen to a splash screen.
- If the size of your pop-up is too small, some content may be cut off. Check the size of the pop-up before adding your content.
- You can select the Button design of your pop-up under Close button design settings.
Adding a close button to your own pop-up design
If you select Use my own pop-up design, you must edit your theme's code to display the close button on your pop-up.
- Go to Themes (PC) and click Edit store theme.
- 2. Open the popup_guide.html file in Smart Themes Editor..
- 3. Copy and paste <div module="Popup_footer"P$footer}</div> to the very end of your code in the HTML editor and click Save.
Smart Pop-up Manager
You can easily create pop-ups by using the Smart Pop-up Manager app which is provided by default. You can move directly to Edibot Themes using the editor.
For Smart Themes, go to Apps>My apps and click on the app.
Splash page
A splash page is the first screen that will appear when a user visits your online store. In normal circumstances, your store's home page will appear first on your website. However, customer-only stores and stores that require adult verification can be set up by adding a separate splash page so that store products are not visible at first.
- Go to Themes (PC)>Features>Splash page.
- Set Enable splash page to Yes.
- Select the splash page you want to use.
Favicon
Favicon (short for favorite icon) is an icon that appear on the left of the address bar or on the browser's tab when a website is accessed. Favicons are useful for locating sources and adding character to your website.
- To use a favicon, create a 16px × 16px image and save it as a .ico file. (Example filename: favicon.ico)
- Go to Themes (PC)>Features>Favorites and shortcuts>Favicon (Tab).
- Click Choose File.
- Select the prepared file and click Save.
Icons
You can manage all the icons used on your store. Use the default icons provided or create your own icons.
- Go to Themes (PC)>Features>Icons.
- Under PC store icons, click the edit icon next to the icon you want to change.
- Click Choose File, select the image you want and click Save.
- If you want to use the original default image again, click Reset.

Filename: The name can contain Korean characters, English alphabet letters, and numbers (You may be unable to upload images that include special characters, spaces, or characters from other languages).
- Go to Themes (Mobile)>Features>Icons.
- Under Mobile store icons, click the edit icon next to the icon you want to change.
- Click Choose File, select the image you want and click Save.
- If you want to use the original default image again, click Reset.

- To enable the Out of stock icon, Recommended product icon, and New arrivals icon, go to My Store>Store setup>General settings>Products (Tab) and configure the individual icon settings under Product icons.
- To enable payment logos, go to My Store>Payments>Payment methods and set Display payment method to As logo icon.
Supplier stores
You can create pages where users can view all of a supplier's products at a glance for each individual supplier. Manage suppliers and allow customers to view products from specific suppliers.
- Go to Themes (PC)>Features>Supplier stores.
- Click Settings for the supplier for which you want to make a page.
- Set Status to Use.
- The Home page setting allows you to choose whether to create a separate home page for the supplier store.
If you select Do not use, the first product list from all the product categories containing the supplier's products will be used as the supplier store's first page.
If you select Use, a home page containing all of the supplier's information will be used as the supplier store's first page. You must configure the theme to use this option.Info
You can change a supplier store's product display by using the supplier's admin page.
- Header image is displayed at the top of the supplier store's page.
- If you set the Display option under Banner in product pages to Yes, a shortcut button that redirects users to the supplier store will be displayed on the supplier's product details pages.
- Only suppliers that have a supplier admin ID can set this up.
- Supplier stores can be configured by the supplier or head admin.
