To use Cafe24's online store solutions, you must first sign up.
Your online store is automatically created for free when you sign up to Cafe24. You can edit your information or delete your account at any time.
Joining us
- Click Get started for free on the Cafe24 website
- Create an ID and password, verify your email address, accept our terms and select your country of business to create an account.
- Your online store is automatically created when you sign up. You can now access the Cafe24 admin page.
Note
- Your ID can only contain letters and numbers.
- Your ID cannot start with a capital letter, special character or number.
- You cannot change your ID once you have created an account.
- You can use the same email address to create more accounts and new online stores.
- You can create as many accounts as you wish.
- You cannot sign up again with the same ID as one of your deleted accounts.
Modifying your information
- Log in to your Cafe24 admin page.
- Switch to the Advanced Mode with the button in the top left corner.
- Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and click Edit account information.
- You can change your password in the Update profile tab.
Note
You can also edit your email address or newsletter subscription settings and check your account details in the Update profile tab. You cannot, however, change your ID.
Finding your ID
- Click Forgot your ID?in the login page for your Cafe24 admin page.
- Enter your email address and click Verify, then enter the verification code sent to your email.
- Your ID will be sent to your email address once you have completed the verification process.
Retrieving your password
- Enter your ID in the Cafe24 admin login page, then click Next.
- Click Forgot your password? under the password input field.
- Enter the ID and email address corresponding to the account you are trying to log in to.
- A password reset link will be sent to your email address if you entered the right credentials.
- Click the password reset link in the email you received.
- Reset your password and log in again.
Generating a new password for guest orders
Shoppers can make a purchase on your store as a guest, without creating a customer account. In this case, when they check their order details, they will need to enter their order number, customer name, and the password they created when placing their order.
They can check their order number in the email confirmation they received after completing their order. However, there is no way for shoppers to retrieve their password if they forget it. You may receive inquiries relating to this issue.
If this happens, you can generate a new password for the order.
- In the Automated emails settings, make sure Payment password for guest accounts is enabled.
- Go to Orders>Fulfillment>All orders.
- Search for the relevant order using the customer name or order number.
- Click on the order number in the search results.
- Click the Customer information tab in the order details page.
- Click on the email icon in the password field to send a temporary password for the order.
(A new password is sent every time you click on the icon. Make sure you only click on the icon once.)
Deleting your account
- Log in to your Cafe24 admin page.
- Switch to the Advanced Mode with the button in the top left corner.
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner and click Edit account information.
- Click on the Delete account tab.
- Accept the terms and click on Delete my account at the bottom of the page to request the deletion of your account.
Note
- You cannot restore a deleted account or sign up again with the same ID.
- You can only delete your online store by deleting your account.
- You cannot delete your online store and keep your account.
