Settings

You can send email notifications when an out-of-stock item with notification requests is back in stock.

 

Settings

Go to Products > Back-in-stock notifications > Settings. 

You can configure overall settings, including notification sending options, button display status, and applicable products.

  • If you select Automatically for Send notifications, notifications will be sent automatically when out-of-stock products are restocked. 

  • If you select Manually for Send notifications, notifications will only be sent when you manually send them after the relevant items are back in stock.

  • In Notification valid for, set the notification validity period to 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
    Once the period expires, notifications will no longer be sent even when the relevant items are back in stock.

  • If you select Display for Button display status, the Notify button will appear on the relevant product details pages.

  • In Display button to, choose whether to show the Notify button to all users including guest accounts or customer accounts only.

  • In Display button, choose whether to display the button per product or per variant.

  • In Applicable products, you can choose to display the Notify button for specific selected products or for all products except the ones you exclude.

 

 

Note

  • For products with variants (or options), customers can request a notification for an out-of-stock variant only when its display status is set to Display.
